The hotel is quite new so the rooms are in good condition. We stayed in two similar rooms during our three-day trip and both rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Heaven room and had a view over the city, the Tivoli rides for instance. The breakfast was good value for money. The self check-out was easy and fast.
The location is within walking distance from the city centre but it is quite a walk, though. Not a nice neighbourhood either. We had to change rooms, because the toilet door didn't stay closed in the first one. In the second room we thought the shower didn't work but it turned out it just needed a trick. The trains made a lot of noise even though we were in the highest room possible. At breakfast you had to wait for spoons and forks and all the other things as well cause they ran out in a flash - even when they brought more, they didn't bring that much so pretty much everyone coming in had to wait for something. The breakfast was good but simple, there was nothing green like cucumber or salad, just ham and cheese.

The room looked just like the photos. The hotel is great for design-conscious people who like the look and feel of a modern and beautifully designed room. The hotel itself is clean and there are internet facilities in the lobby. It was a great place to come home to after exploring the city. The breakfast was fine, not extravagant, but you get to eat in a super-nice dining area.
As of now, the hotel is located in the middle of a construction area. It is still safe, but obviously not very picturesque. The noise wasn't a problem as long as your window is closed. Also, make sure to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel, because I got a room that faces the back and doesn't have a view of the city at all really.
